We're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to be the connective tissue between our business stakeholders and engineering teams; translating WHAT users need into clearly scoped, actionable requirements. In this role, you'll go deep on process documentation, requirements analysis, and backlog management, ensuring that what gets built actually solves the right problems. We operate across B2B Marketing and Sales and B2C Service, so hands-on Salesforce knowledge and strong business analysis instincts are key. You'll thrive here if you're naturally curious, detail-oriented, and energized by turning ambiguous requests into precise, testable user stories.

You will:

  • Document Salesforce processes in Lucid to provide business context to engineering teams

  • Analyze current state and requested requirements to document detailed business requirements

  • Demonstrate standard Salesforce features and solutions built for Gravie

  • Recommend CRM industry best practices to enhance user experience and reporting features

  • Write user stories in Jira with testable AC by working with Quality Assurance

  • Identify and communicate dependencies between stories in and out of the Salesforce backlog

  • Manage priority of the backlog in Jira

  • Manage communication and deadlines to deliver solutions on time

  • Verify requirement delivery to coordinate story acceptance

  • Coordinate UAT testing and release communications with business partners

  • Support questions from production users

  • Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented.

You bring: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • 5 years of substantial experience in with Sales, Marketing, and Service processes and software solution delivery as a Business Analyst or Product Manager

  • 3 years of experience with Salesforce and Jira

  • History of tracking and tracing requirements through complex processes and multi-layered projects

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration

The salary range for this position is $84,539 - $112,719 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
