Alliance Painting is one of the fastest-growing residential painting companies in North Texas, and we're looking for a proven sales leader to help us reach the next level.


This is not a role for someone who simply manages a pipeline or oversees inside sales representatives. We're looking for a leader with experience in in-home, one-call-close sales environments who knows how to recruit, coach, develop, and hold a team accountable to high standards.

About the Role

As Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team of Project Consultants while driving performance across the entire sales department.


Your primary responsibility is not selling jobs yourselfit's building a team that consistently performs at a high level.

You will work directly with ownership to improve sales systems, increase close rates, grow average job size, improve gross profit performance, recruit top talent, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


Our Sales Process

Alliance Painting operates a structured consultative, one-call-close sales process. Our Project Consultants meet homeowners in their homes, inspect projects, build trust, uncover needs, create solutions, present pricing, and ask for the sale during the appointment.


This is not a quote-and-hope business.


The ideal candidate understands:

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead, develop, and mentor Project Consultants

  • Hold weekly one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Lead sales meetings and training workshops


Recruiting & Team Development

  • Recruit top-performing sales talent

  • Build a strong sales culture focused on performance and professionalism


Performance Management

  • Track and manage sales KPIs
  • Monitor appointment-to-sale conversion rates
