Position Summary:
The Sales Utility position at Aunt Millie's encompasses a wide array of responsibilities vital to the smooth operation of our sales branches. This position demands physical endurance and adherence to safety protocols. Interacting directly with retail customers, including store managers and receiving personnel, is a key aspect of the role.
Essential Job Functions:
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and organization within the sales branch.
• Assist in loading and unloading products onto company vehicles.
• Operate company vehicles to run sales routes as needed.
• Merchandise products in retail establishments according to company standards.
• Interact with retail customers, including store managers and receiving personnel, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to perform various tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the company.
Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:
• Possess a valid driver's license and a clear 3-year driving record.
• Able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
• Meet the minimum age requirement of 21 as mandated by DOT regulations.
• Successfully pass a drug screening.
• Possess basic math skills for essential job tasks.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and take pride in delivering quality work.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and dedication.
Driving Record: candidates cannot have convictions in the past three years on their driving record for DUI/DWI or similar alcohol/drug related offense, careless/reckless driving, chemical test refusal, driving after suspension (unless not notified), fleeing/eluding a police officer, leaving the scene of an accident, passing a stopped school bus, speeding 15 miles+ above the speed limit, or three or more driving violations (not including seat belt violations).
