Trade Marketing Representative
Salary: $75,000 base + 12% quarterly bonus (team-based)
Territory-Based: Davenport, IA

We're seeking a motivated Trade Marketing Representative to manage retail accounts within an assigned territory and drive sales through merchandising, relationship management, and strategic account support.


What You'll Do
  • Execute territory sales and merchandising plans for retail accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners through regular store visits.
  • Negotiate product placement, promotions, and merchandising opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Analyze sales trends, market activity, and competitor performance.
  • Educate retailers on category management and merchandising best practices.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For
