Job description

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, street-smart Door-to-Door Sales Professional to represent Cebod Telecom, a cloud-based business phone service provider.
This role is focused on in-person sales to small and mid-size businesses, educating owners and decision-makers on how to reduce phone costs and modernize their communication systems.
You will be the face of Cebod Telecom in the field—building relationships, identifying needs, and creating online quotes for interested businesses
What You’ll Do
  • Visit local businesses (retail, offices, medical, professional services, etc.)
  • Pitch Cebod Telecom’s Business Phone Service in a simple, value-driven way
  • Ask qualifying questions to understand:
    • Current phone provider
    • Number of users/lines
    • Pain points (cost, reliability, features)
  • Create and present online quotes on the spot or shortly after meetings
  • Collect contact details and schedule follow-ups or demos when needed
  • Track leads, visits, and quotes in our system
  • Work closely with our internal sales/support team to close deals

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven door-to-door or face-to-face B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable walking into businesses and speaking with owners or managers
  • Confident, professional, and personable communicator
  • Basic technical comfort (using online tools, forms, quoting systems)
  • Self-motivated and disciplined—able to manage your own daily territory
  • Reliable transportation.
Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Experience selling telecom, internet, SaaS, or business services
  • Understanding of VoIP or business phone systems
Why Cebod Telecom?
  • Competitive, modern business phone solutions
  • Easy-to-sell value proposition: lower costs + better features
  • Fast quoting and onboarding process
  • Strong backend support—you focus on selling, we handle delivery
  • Growing company with room to scale your income and role
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is perfect for someone who:
  • Enjoys being out in the field, not behind a desk
  • Is comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up
  • Wants uncapped earning potential
  • Takes ownership of their results
What We Offer

  • Compensation: Base salary + commission on sales + Recurring Commission.
  • Ownership: Manage your accounts directly after conversion.
  • Career Path: Growth into senior sales, account management, or leadership roles.
  • Support: Training, mentorship, and collaboration with experienced telecom professionals.
