Description

 Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager this role is responsible for ensuring a smooth and accurate order process for our customers. 

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time 


Accurately enter customer orders into our system, ensuring all product specifications, pricing, and shipping details are correct.

Proactively identify and correct order discrepancies or errors, collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Collaborates with sales, inventory, and operations teams to ensure alignment of production plans with customer demand.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, changes, and any potential delays.

Assist the engineering team with administrative tasks and provide support as needed.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and internal processes.

Support in the purchasing process as needed. 

Perform other duties as assigned to support the Supply Chain department and overall business objectives. 

Requirements

  Education:

High School Diploma required. Associate's degree in business or related discipline preferred

Experience:

2 to 4 years of experience in an inside sales or order entry role within a manufacturing environment.
