Job description

The Sales Support Specialist is to ensure proper processing of company sales and support the processing department in developing new or improved processes. TheSales Support Specialist will cultivate a positive workplace, be a role model for MSS processing employees, and advocate for MSSโ€™s best possible future. The following are specific job functions that are the direct responsibility of the Sales Support Specialist:

Quality Control:


  • Verify paperwork accuracy of all new installation, add-on and service jobs.
  • Perform any additional (#2, #3, etc.) checks on jobs as needed.
  • Prepare an organized drive folder for projects.
  • Update CRM (Sunbase) work order with ancillary information and ensure accuracy.

Job Processing:


  • Keep track of residential loans from QC #1 to close out.
  • Ensure loans are in good standing for close out.
  • Support the change order process and validate customer participation in job prerequisites.
  • Cancellation processing support for all residential projects.
  • Provide interdepartmental support for associate employees regarding job processing.
  • Support special projects and department cross-training.
