Position Summary
Independent Tree Service is looking for a Customer Sales Support Administrator to support our customers, sales team, and field crews. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers while helping manage scheduling, customer communications, CRM updates, and day to day office operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer focused, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for Sales Arborists and coordinate calendars
  • Manage customer information, leads, and job updates in Arborgold CRM
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and completed work
  • Support field crews with scheduling and daily communication
  • Create jobs, run reports, and maintain accurate records
  • Process customer payments and assist with follow up communications
  • Manage office supplies, mail, filing, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with PHC renewal communications, training events, and special projects

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service, administrative, scheduling, dispatch, or office support experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, or home services is a plus
