Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to a busy commercial team. This individual will serve as a key liaison between sales, customer service, logistics, and retail partners while helping ensure smooth execution of customer programs, reporting initiatives, and sales activities.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting sales teams, managing customer-facing documentation, and working with large retail accounts. Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to sales leadership and account management teams.
  • Create reports, presentations, and business review materials for customer meetings and internal discussions.
  • Assist with customer onboarding, product setup documentation, and retailer account maintenance.
  • Manage information across customer portals and internal databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to support business decisions and identify trends.
  • Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless execution.
  • Track deadlines, customer requests, and project deliverables to support overall sales effectiveness.
  • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives within the commercial organization.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Account Coordination, Customer Service, or Administrative Support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with retailer portals, customer reporting systems, or sales analytics tools preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Consumer products, retail, CPG, manufacturing, or related industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting major retail accounts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Walmart Retail Link or similar retailer systems is strongly preferred.
  • Experience creating customer presentations, sales decks, and business reviews is beneficial.
