Job description

ABOUT FORE ALL:

Fore All is a fast-growing women’s golf and lifestyle brand on a mission to change the way women experience golf.

We sit at the intersection of fashion, sport, lifestyle and community, creating products and experiences designed for the modern woman both on and off the course.

As Fore All enters its next stage of growth, we are looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Director to lead our sales organization, accelerate our national and global wholesale business, and help build the team and infrastructure needed to scale the brand.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company at a pivotal stage and play a significant role in shaping the future of Fore All.

THE ROLE:

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and growing Fore All’s sales organization across Enterprise/National Accounts, Wholesale, Strategic Partnerships and International Markets.

This person will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute Fore All’s sales strategy while building a high-performing sales team capable of supporting aggressive growth.

We are looking for someone who is both a strategic leader and a hands-on seller.

You should be comfortable walking into a major retailer presentation, negotiating a national account, developing an international distribution opportunity, reviewing sales forecasts, coaching your team, and building the systems and processes required to scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enterprise & National Account Growth

  • Lead the strategy, acquisition and growth of major national and enterprise retail accounts.
  • Develop relationships with key buyers, executives and decision-makers across golf, sporting goods, fashion, lifestyle and specialty retail.
  • Identify and pursue new strategic retail opportunities that align with Fore All’s brand positioning.
  • Lead major account presentations, seasonal sell-ins, negotiations and long-term account planning.
  • Develop account-specific growth strategies to expand doors, categories, programs and annual revenue.
  • Build strong executive-level relationships with Fore All’s most important retail partners.

Global Expansion

  • Help lead Fore All’s international sales strategy and expansion into key global markets.
  • Identify and develop relationships with international retailers, distributors and strategic partners.
  • Evaluate new markets and opportunities while protecting Fore All’s brand positioning and long-term value.
  • Build scalable processes for managing international wholesale relationships as the business grows.

Build & Lead the Sales Team

  • Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing sales organization.
  • Help define the future structure of Fore All’s sales department as the company scales.
  • Establish clear roles, territories, account ownership, goals, KPIs and accountability across the team.
  • Coach and develop sales team members while creating a high-performance, relationship-driven sales culture.
  • Create compensation and incentive structures that reward profitable growth and new business development.

Sales Strategy & Forecasting

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to establish annual and multi-year sales goals.
  • Build sales forecasts and account-level revenue plans by channel, season and customer.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new enterprise, wholesale and international opportunities.
  • Establish consistent reporting around pipeline, bookings, sell-through, account performance and revenue.
  • Use sales data and market intelligence to identify opportunities and risks early.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Product, Merchandising, Operations, Finance and Marketing to ensure sales growth is operationally supported.
  • Provide customer and market insights that help influence future product assortments and merchandising strategies.
  • Work with Operations and Finance to ensure large programs are profitable, executable and delivered successfully.
  • Partner with Marketing on strategic retailer launches, collaborations and major account initiatives.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal candidate has significant experience leading sales within apparel, fashion, golf, sporting goods, activewear or a related consumer brand.

You are a relationship builder, negotiator and business developer who understands how to grow a brand without compromising its identity.

Ideal Experience:

  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably within apparel, fashion, golf, sporting goods or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience managing and growing national or enterprise retail accounts.
  • Existing relationships with major retail buyers and industry decision-makers strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate meaningful new revenue.
  • Experience leading, hiring and developing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale planning, seasonal selling, forecasting, margins and account profitability.
  • Experience working with international retailers, distributors or global markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience operating successfully within a fast-growing company.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.

YOU’LL THRIVE AT FORE ALL IF YOU…

Are highly competitive but deeply relationship-driven.

Love building something rather than simply inheriting it.

Know how to turn a great meeting into a long-term revenue-producing partnership.

Have relationships in the industry—but aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and create new ones.

Understand that the best sales leaders protect the brand while growing the business.

Can lead a team while still being willing to personally close important accounts.

Are comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment where opportunities can develop quickly.

And most importantly, you are excited by the opportunity to help build the next major women’s golf and lifestyle brand.

WHY FORE ALL?

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply manage an established sales machine.

You’ll have the opportunity to help build it.

You’ll work directly with Fore All’s Co-founder and leadership team to shape our sales organization, develop major national and international partnerships, build a world-class team and help take the company through its next phase of growth.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to have a meaningful seat at the table and directly impact the future of the brand.
