Regional Sales Manager
Accent Countertops
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Travel Required: Reno, NV, Anaheim, CA, and Sacramento, CA
Accent Countertops is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale our sales teams across multiple markets. This role will oversee our in-home sales consultants, showroom sales teams, and outside B2B sales representatives, ensuring consistent sales processes, strong product knowledge, and outstanding customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader and coach who thrives on developing high-performing teams, improving sales processes, and driving measurable revenue growth.
Based in Salt Lake City, this role will also support our teams in Reno, Anaheim and Sacramento, requiring periodic travel.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
  • Lead and manage multiple sales channels, including:
    • In-home sales consultants
    • Retail showroom sales teams
    • Outside B2B sales representatives
  • Set clear sales goals and performance expectations
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and leadership
  • Drive revenue growth across multiple markets
Sales Training & Development
  • Develop and implement structured sales training programs
  • Train teams on:
    • Product knowledge
    • Consultative selling techniques
    • In-home closing strategies
    • Builder and contractor relationship development
  • Lead onboarding and training for new sales hires
  • Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs
Process & Performance Management
  • Standardize sales processes across locations
  • Improve lead conversion rates and closing percentages
  • Analyze sales performance using CRM and reporting tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
Regional Support
  • Provide sales leadership and support in:
    • Salt Lake City
    • Reno
    • Anaheim
    • Sacramento
  • Travel periodically to train teams, support showrooms, and build relationships with key partners
  • Support leadership with strategic sales initiatives and growth opportunities

Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of sales management experience
  • Proven success leading and developing sales teams
  • Experience with multiple sales channels (retail, in-home, or B2B) preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Ability to travel between markets as needed
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
