Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
The Walmart Connect Sales Transformation team is seeking a Senior Manager to support Enterprise Integration. This role will drive enterprise-wide enablement initiatives and set the standard for excellence across the Walmart US ecosystem. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across Merchandising, Site, Marketing, Walmart+, Data Ventures, and other key areas of the Walmart enterprise to execute and establish best practices that deliver measurable business outcomes and ensure Walmart Connect is fully integrated into enterprise priorities.  This involves leading strategic sales initiatives, collaborating across functions to optimize performance and is pivotal in advancing sales strategy and supporting sustainable growth. 
About the team:
The Walmart Connect Sales Transformation team drives enhancements across enterprise integration, ways of working with merchants, site, and store experiences. This team supports the sales organization by developing forward-looking strategies and improving ways of working. Focused on business and financial acumen, market research, and cross-functional leadership, the team collaborates to deliver impactful solutions that optimize performance and prepare for future growth. 
What you'll do:
  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
  • Support and scale the Enterprise Integration ensuring WMC sales strategies align with Enterprise assortment priorities (e.g., MSP, CVP) and key business initiatives. 
  • Support the development of operating frameworks with Merchandising, Site, and Marketing.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that enable and unlock new monetization opportunities.
  • Utilize market research and data analytics to inform strategic sales planning and business decisions.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships to support strategic initiatives and foster collaboration.
  • Lead the execution of organization-wide playbooks and training programs to scale best practices across SBUs.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in merchandising or eCommerce (preferably at Walmart).
  • Business and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional partnerships and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and engage at multiple organizational levels.
