Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary

NWH is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative interested in building a long-term career in sales within the hardwood lumber industry. This role provides direct exposure to customer relationship management, quoting and order management in preparation for expanded commercial roles.

We are seeking driven, high-performing individuals who are motivated to develop their sales careers and position themselves for Outside Sales positions and other growth opportunities throughout the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with customers and support their business needs through responsive communication and problem-solving
  • Provide product recommendations, pricing, availability, and lead times to customers and sales partners
  • Partner closely with Outside Sales Representatives and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experience from quote to delivery
  • Develop a strong understanding of NWH products, markets, customers, and sales strategies
  • Contribute to a high-performance sales culture focused on service, growth, and teamwork
