Dogs On The Farm Pet, the area’s most exciting pet care business, is looking for an Enthusiastic Inside Salesperson. Dogs On The Farm Pet Resort is a state-of-the-art facility and was voted as a finalist for the Best Of Monmouth County. We provide high-quality services including pet lodging, fun doggie daycare, bathing, and professional dog training services.
We provide professional training that will improve your skills and increase your confidence in this position!
The Inside Sales Representative will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, promote our award-winning services, book reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Duties
  • Answering incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls including reservation confirmation, inquiry follow ups, and pet check ins.
  • Utilizing the company’s proven sales process which ensures overall success
  • Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided
  • Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes & add-ons
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling elevated customer situations professionally (including dog health concerns or injuries)
  • Greeting customers in the office and collecting payments
  • Printing out paperwork for pet care staff and assisting them with any questions about pets staying at the facility.
  • Assisting pet care staff with responsibilities as needed.
