We are seeking a motivated, customer focused Inside Sales Specialist to join our residential team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, performance driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is skilled at converting opportunities into closed sales through a consultative approach.
This role offers a competitive flat hourly rate plus commission opportunities, rewarding strong performance and sales results.
Responsibilities
  • Follow up on unsold HVAC and plumbing estimates to convert opportunities into closed sales
  • Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and present solutions
  • Overcome objections and offer financing options when appropriate
  • Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and membership programs
  • Manage and maintain a personal sales pipeline within the CRM system
  • Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track and improve key performance metrics such as conversion rates, average ticket value, and sales cycle time
  • Maintain consistent professionalism and high-quality customer interactions

Requirements
  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales recovery preferred
