Job Title: Project Manager / Sales Representative



We are seeking a motivated and professional Project Manager / Sales Representative to join our growing automatic gate and fencing company. This is a commission-based position with excellent earning potential for someone who is confident in sales, organized, and capable of managing projects from the initial customer meeting through completion.

You will work with residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, helping them find the right solutions for automatic gates, access control systems, fences, and related services.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective customers to assess project needs.
  • Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales.
  • Coordinate projects from contract signing through installation.
  • Communicate with customers, office staff, installers, and subcontractors.
  • Schedule site visits and monitor project progress.
  • Resolve customer questions and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Generate referrals and maintain long-term customer relationships.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction sales, project management, fencing, gates, or a related industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
