Convert SeniorCRE's category position into a repeatable commercial engine.## About the role**Target Start Date: November–December 2026.**SeniorCRE is seeking a senior, field-oriented Vice President of Sales & Market Development to lead revenue growth across the senior housing & care market.This role is the accountable commercial leader for pipeline development, new ARR growth, founding-operator expansion, executive buyer relationships, and market-facing sales execution. The VP will work directly with the Founder & CEO to convert SeniorCRE's category position into repeatable enterprise revenue.SeniorCRE has built the operator-controlled intelligence layer for senior housing & care — connecting care, labor, revenue, compliance, NOI, and capital reporting across fragmented legacy systems. The ideal candidate understands senior living operator economics, can sell strategically to CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and clinical leaders, and can operate in an early-stage, high-accountability environment.This is not a traditional software sales role. It requires consultative market leadership, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to help operators understand why fragmented point solutions are no longer enough.**Reports To:** Founder & CEO. **Target Start Date: November–December 2026.****AI Fluency Required.** This role requires demonstrable daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, or comparable LLM-based systems — used actively for research, pipeline analysis, account planning, messaging iteration, and executive communication.**Compensation:** Base $140,000–$175,000; OTE $250,000–$350,000; Equity 0.50%–1.50% depending on experience, network, and stage fit; bonus/commission tied to new ARR, expansion ARR, and signed multi-year operator contracts.## Key responsibilities* Own new ARR growth across regional and multi-site senior housing & care operators* Build and manage a disciplined enterprise pipeline focused on 10–40 community operators* Drive executive-level sales cycles from discovery through proposal, negotiation, close, and handoff* Maintain accurate forecasting, deal-stage discipline, and weekly pipeline reporting* Partner with the CEO on strategic accounts, advisory relationships, and founder-led enterprise opportunities* Convert founding-operator proof into repeatable market demand* Help define SeniorCRE's go-to-market strategy across assisted living, memory care, independent living, skilled nursing, and post-acute care* Tailor messaging for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, clinical leaders, asset managers, and investors* Represent SeniorCRE in market conversations, webinars, conferences, operator meetings, and advisory forums* Translate market feedback into product, implementation, and messaging priorities* Monitor competitive positioning against EHR, CRM, workforce, accounting, BI, and AI point-solution vendors* Partner closely with Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Clinical SMEs* Support expansion opportunities inside founding and early operator accounts and help build QBR and executive sponsor motions* Build the initial sales process, CRM discipline, deal qualification framework, and sales operating cadence* Develop discovery scripts, executive demo flows, ROI narratives, objection handling, and proposal templates* Recruit and develop future sales talent; establish performance standards for future SDR, AE, and strategic account roles## Qualifications* 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, senior living technology, real estate technology, or enterprise software* 5+ years selling to senior executives or leading enterprise sales motions* Demonstrated success selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations* Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics: ARR, pipeline coverage, retention, expansion, and customer acquisition discipline* Ability to engage credibly with C-suite leaders, operators, clinical leaders, and financial stakeholders* Strong written and verbal executive communication skills* Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, and Marketing* Comfort operating in an early-stage company with ambiguity, urgency, and limited bureaucracy* Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and strategic sales opportunities* Demonstrable daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, or comparable LLM-based systems — used actively for research, pipeline analysis, account planning, messaging iteration, and executive communication* Available to start November–December 2026## Nice to have* Direct experience in senior living, long-term care, post-acute care, healthcare SaaS, EHR, workforce management, CRM, revenue cycle, accounting, or operating analytics* Existing relationships with senior housing operators, REITs, management companies, or industry associations* Experience selling platform-level solutions rather than narrow point solutions* Familiarity with systems such as PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Yardi, Aline, Sage, UKG, Smartlinx, OnShift, WelcomeHome, or similar platforms* Experience building a sales motion from early traction to institutional scale* Prior experience in a founder-led or venture-stage company## Why this role mattersSeniorCRE is entering the market at a moment when senior housing & care operators are overwhelmed by fragmented systems, rising labor pressure, revenue leakage, compliance demands, and increasing AI noise.
