Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regional Sales Manager assumes responsibility for all sales activities in North America within the designated geographic area and for the development of profitable North America sales and servicing operation for fluids and equipment. This individual serves as a lead metalworking fluids sales professional in the metalworking market with Master Fluid’s distributors, District Sales Managers, Service Engineers, and customers. Assumes responsibility for providing technical sales support for the Corporation’s products and services, and in conjunction with local distributors and District Sales Managers, for developing business plans, marketing analyses, and growing profitable sales revenue. The Regional Sales Manager assumes responsibility for development of the strategic plan, technical assistance, business climate reviews, and staff management reporting and analysis.

This position is also responsible for the leadership and development of the District Sales Managers so they can meet the company’s sales, operating income, and gross margin goals.
