Responsibilities

The Regional Service Representative (RSR) is responsible for the growth, implementation, and ongoing success of Mayo Clinic's Cardiac Monitoring programs within an assigned territory. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for health system partners and cardiology practices utilizing Mayo Clinic's cardiac monitoring services.

The RSR works collaboratively with clinical operations, program management, and strategic partners to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and expansion of remote cardiac monitoring programs. This individual supports client onboarding, workflow optimization, clinical education, and territory development to drive both clinical impact and revenue growth.

The role combines strategic account management, clinical program support, and business development to ensure partner success and sustained growth of cardiac monitoring services.

Assist the customers with on-sites, sales calls, conference calls, product demonstrations, and clinical discovery sessions to accelerate account development and expansions.

Communicate and demonstrate clinic solutions value statement, options for clinical workflow design to optimize customer's environment, and clinical education services to applicable customer's staff.

Generate and maintain key clinical relationships with the customers clinical, IT, and management teams.

Once in-service is complete, manage with the customer all communication on software/service from practice throughout the Mayo Clinic/customer relationship.

Maintain open communication with management, sales, marketing, clinical services team, product management, engineering, and operational support teams.

Solve customer problems by working closely with other members of the sales team and colleagues from a range of departments including engineering, product management, clinical services, support, and the executive management team related to Mayo Clinic and the customer.

Maintain clinical knowledge of the industry requirements and trends to support the customer team.

Account Management and Relationship Leadership

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cardiology practices, health systems, and clinical stakeholders within the assigned territory.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners utilizing Mayo Clinic cardiac monitoring services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand monitoring utilization within existing client accounts and support territory growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and a high level of client satisfaction.


Program Implementation and Client Onboarding

  • Support the successful implementation of new cardiac monitoring programs with client organizations.
  • Coordinate with clinical operations and project management teams to ensure timely onboarding and program launch.
  • Provide training and education to clinical staff regarding monitoring workflows, device utilization, and service capabilities.
  • Assist partner organizations in developing effective monitoring workflows that support patient care and operational efficiency.


Clinical and Operational Collaboration

  • Work closely with clinical operations and monitoring teams to address operational needs, client feedback, and program performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and Mayo Clinic operational teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Assist with monitoring program optimization through workflow improvements and operational feedback.


Territory Development and Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand Mayo Clinic cardiac monitoring services within the assigned territory.
  • Develop strategic account plans to increase utilization and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Support business development initiatives in collaboration with Mayo Clinic leadership and partner organizations.
  • Track territory performance and provide regular updates regarding growth opportunities and account activity.

This position is 100% remote and may be located anywhere within the U.S.

This position is not eligible for sponsorship/we will not sponsor or transfer a visa for this position. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F1-STEM OPT extension program.

 

This position requires a 2- year commitment to the role.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or science and 5 years of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital setting is required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in medical device sales, healthcare services, cardiology sales, or a related healthcare industry role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and health system stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • A valid driver's license and/or passport and a good driving record are required, along with the ability to travel extensively on all forms of major public transportation. 
  • Up to 80% travel required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cardiac monitoring technologies, remote patient monitoring, or cardiology services.
  • Experience supporting program implementation within health systems or large physician practices.
  • Familiarity with electrophysiology practices and cardiology workflows.
