The Sales Training Manager is responsible for building and leading high impact sales training programs that enable sales professionals to succeed in a complex, regulated, solution selling environment. This role owns the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of sales training-from onboarding through advanced skill development-and partners closely with Sales Leadership and cross functional stakeholders to drive consistent, effective selling behaviors.
This is an individual contributor role with broad scope, high visibility, and accountability for enterprise level outcomes-not just course execution.

Lead sales training strategy

  • Own endtoend sales training programs that support onboarding, product launches, and evolving commercial priorities
  • Translate business strategy and product innovation into scalable training curricula and learning journeys
  • Set standards for sales training quality, consistency, and effectiveness

Design & deliver impactful learning

  • Design and facilitate instructorled, virtual, and blended learning experiences
  • Create applied learning experiences (simulations, roleplays, case studies) that reinforce realworld selling skills
  • Personally facilitate highimpact training moments with senior sales audiences
  • Use AI tools as appropriate for design and delivery

Partner across the business

  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Compliance teams to ensure training is accurate, relevant, and aligned
  • Balance speedtoclose with regulatory and ethical selling requirements
  • Influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority

Embed compliance into selling

  • Ensure sales training reflects regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements relevant to healthcare sales
  • Partner with compliance and legal teams to validate content and messaging
  • Equip sellers to confidently navigate compliant customer conversations

Measure & improve

  • Define and track training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance indicators
  • Use data and field insights to continuously refine content, sequencing, and delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement across the sales training ecosystem

Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in sales, sales training, or sales leadership
  • 2+ years sales experience in solutionbased sales environments (e.g., capital equipment, healthcare, enterprise technology), radiation therapy preferred
  • Experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training program development, and LMS Management
  • Proven track record of successfully training and developing sales professionals.
  • Bachelor's degree required

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to use AI-enabled tools to streamline content development and create effective, high-quality training materials.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and executivepresence skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical or clinical concepts into clear, compelling sales messaging
  • Project management and organizational skills are a must
  • Comfort operating across strategy, design, delivery, and measurement
  • Strong crossfunctional leadership and influence skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for training sessions and field coaching (20% estimated time)

The base pay range for this position is:

$112,420 - $154,572

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
