Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Sales Enablement Intern to join our team in Cockeysville, Maryland. This role supports campaign execution, content creation, and sales enablement initiatives across our toys and novelty candy divisions. This internship is ideal for a student interested in B2B marketing, digital content strategy, analytics, and sales operations. The intern will contribute directly to real campaigns, customer-facing materials, and cross-functional marketing and sales projects. Key Responsibilities Intake and prioritize content requests from the sales team using project management tools Create and update customer-facing materials, including: One-pagers Customer visit graphics Repurpose marketing emails into sales-ready assets Maintain organized and up-to-date shared asset libraries Support content governance and file organization across shared drives Digital Marketing Support Assist with social media coordination and posting Create and maintain product-specific Pinterest boards Support website banner updates and campaign launches Assist with email campaign asset preparation Support light marketing analytics reporting, including email engagement and campaign performance tracking Qualifications Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university, minimum second semester sophomore standing Interest in B2B marketing, content creation, digital strategy, or business operations Familiarity with Canva, or willingness to learn quickly Strong organizational and project coordination skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a creative eye Eligibility & Academic Credit Must be enrolled as a full-time student in good academic standing at an accredited college or university for the duration of the internship Academic credit may be available at the discretion of the student's institution A&A Global Industries will cooperate with academic departments to provide required documentation What You Will Learn Foundations of B2B marketing within the toys and novelty candy industry How marketing directly supports revenue growth and sales performance Sales enablement workflows and asset management practices Campaign execution and performance measurement Cross-functional collaboration within a growing, family-owned business Approximately 40 hours per week $15 per hour College credit eligible In-office position located in Cockeysville, Maryland Reports to the Digital Marketing Performance Specialist Why Join A&A Global At A&A Global, interns are contributors, not observers.
