Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the rental industry? We are seeking an exceptional Rental Manager to provide overall leadership and direction for our rental business. As a Rental Manager, you will oversee the sales and operational aspects of your assigned Foley Rental location(s), ensuring a seamless and successful rental experience for our valued customers. If you have a proven track record of motivating teams, possess in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, and are skilled in managing profit and loss, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do in This Role:
  • Prioritize safety while overseeing operational aspects such as yard management, transportation drivers, and rental coordinators.
  • Build a strong rapport with employees and customers in your market, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Develop and mentor employees, cultivating their skills and enhancing their performance.
  • Manage outside sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify emerging rental markets and equipment needs, keeping our business at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, taking responsibility for profit and loss statements and financial planning.
  • Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including equipment rental practices and market dynamics.
