Job description

MissionHires is looking for a data-driven Sales Operations Specialist on behalf of a company. This in-office role will optimize sales processes, manage pipeline reporting and forecasting, administer sales tools, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve sales performance and operational alignment.


How You'll Contribute

  • Manage the sales pipeline and produce accurate sales forecasts.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales KPIs, processes, and reporting to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Select, deploy, administer, and support sales automation and CRM tools.
  • Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and profitability to identify performance improvements and new business opportunities.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Pre-Sales, Services, Legal, and Sales to align sales activities and processes.
  • Support the design and execution of sales campaigns with the sales team.
  • Oversee and execute applicable government administrative and compliance processes.
  • Train and onboard new sales representatives on CRM systems, sales processes, and essential sales tools.
  • Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and process standards while supporting continuous improvement across the team.


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of sales operations experience, preferably within a global high-tech environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with sales automation and CRM platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Experience using data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, Tableau, SQL, or comparable tools.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, financial, and business acumen.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented, data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to work in an office-based environment when not traveling.
