Qualifications:
-          Holds a valid Texas Real Estate License.
-          Player and Coach
-          An individual willing to be first in, last to leave and roll-up their sleeves to help the team succeed
-          Five years of field-based sales experience.
-          Three plus years of sales or team-related management experience.
-          Leadership, management, and team development experience.
-          Liked and respected by superiors, peers and subordinates
-          Excellent at goal setting, planning, and accountability skills.
 
 
Job Duties:
-          The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is the growth of the company by recruiting and training highly qualified commercial agents using our proprietary process. 
-          Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
-          Train the market’s most outstanding agents
-          Assist in the deal flow of the brokerage firm. 
-          Monitor team activity in CRM system.
-          Ensure inbound leads are received and immediately directed to the appropriate team members.
-          Meet individually with agents weekly to review sales goals and provide coaching.
-          Lead weekly sales meetings to update team on KPI’s and train, inspire and coach.
-          Availability to agents to assist with concerns.
-          Assist marketing team to develop strategies that align with business goals.
-          Guide agents to attend networking events.
 
 
Compensation: 
 
Your compensation structure will include several ways to produce significant income.  This position will remain uncapped
 
First year between $200,000 – 350,000. Unlimited income potential.
Salary – Commensurate with sales management experience.
+ Commission Sharing with all agents in training. 
+ Higher tier commission structure for managers’ sales transactions.
+ Commissions earned on assisting senior agents.
+ Health Insurance
+ Paid Vacation
