  • Prior Automotive Sales Manager Experience Required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain positive customer relationships.

  • Increase sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross profit growth.
  • Forecast goals at the beginning of each month. Monitor, track and strive to meet goals each month.
  • Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
