Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Norwood, MA, responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening the hotel’s market position. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients. The Sales Manager will create and execute sales plans, prepare proposals and contracts, and collaborate with the operations and revenue management teams to optimize occupancy and rate strategies. This role also involves analyzing market trends, attending networking events and trade shows, conducting site visits, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Sales Manager will contribute to forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of sales processes while upholding JHM’s standards for service and professionalism.
