Sales Manager – In-Home Sales

Lifespan Home Improvement – Salt Lake City, UT

Potential Earnings: $65,000–$140,000+ Annually

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Team Overrides

Lifespan Home Improvement is growing at an impressive pace, and our lead flow has never been stronger. We're looking for an experienced, professional Selling Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire our in-home sales team while continuing to sell and close projects. We proudly serve the Salt Lake City and surrounding markets, and our reputation has been built on quality products, exceptional customer service, and expert installation.

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Personal sales commission on all personally sold projects. 
  • Team override commission on all sales generated by your team once management responsibilities begin
  • Self-generated lead bonus with additional commission on any business you personally generate

Responsibilities
  • Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team.
  • Run a minimum of five sales appointments per week alongside team members to provide real-time coaching and field training.
  • Support sales representatives during in-home appointments by assisting with presentations and helping close sales when needed.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly goals are consistently achieved.
  • Conduct cancel-save appointments to recover potential lost sales.
  • Partner with the Rehash Manager to revisit previous opportunities and maximize closed business.
  • Lead ongoing sales meetings, training sessions, and coaching initiatives to improve team performance.
  • Set clear expectations, maintain accountability, and create a positive, results-driven sales culture.
  • Lead by example through strong personal sales performance and professional leadership.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of successful home improvement sales experience, preferably within a One-Day Bath, One-Day Remodeling, or One-Day Home Improvement sales environment.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and business development skills.
  • Experience using iPads, electronic contracts, CRM systems, and sales presentation technology.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
