Beyer Automotive Group (BAG) is seeking a high-performing, motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales department to the next level. Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring the dealership meets and exceeds revenue targets. You’ll play a key role in shaping sales strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving profitability & market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve results
