Job description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for directing and leading a team of sales professionals to reach sales targets. Responsibilities include creating continuous improvement in structure, processes, and incentives to increase the sales of the company's core technology products, setting quotas, evaluating, and adjusting performance.
The position is based in Germantown, MD.
YOUR WORK AT MAXTENA WILL INCLUDE:
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and match Maxtena's products and solutions to their requirements
  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offerings and value proposition
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Track sales goals and report results
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • S./B.A in Business or Technical field, Wireless industry experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing sales data
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM, Salesforce preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and achieve goals
