Xylem's LIT grouping provides a complete line of pretreatment, generation, storage, and distribution solutions for high purity and wastewater applications in aerospace, beverage, government, health sciences, microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, universities, labs, and general industry.


This role involves developing and implementing sales policies and procedures, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring that sales activities meet or exceed company objectives. The Sales Manager conducts regular sales meetings, reviews sales performance data, and collaborates with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing sales documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and reporting on sales performance to senior leadership.


Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

Local travel 25% up to 20% overnight travel.


Salary: The estimated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $200,000 to $240,000 USD, plus a vehicle allowance. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
