Honey Cosmetics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager who is also a skilled makeup artist to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our NYC locations. This role is uniquely designed for a beauty professional who not only excels in sales and leadership but is also passionate about hands-on artistry, working directly with clients to showcase products and techniques.
Position Details:

  • Hours: 35–40 hours per week
  • Location: Must be available to rotate between all NYC store locations
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to a team of 5 or more employees at a time
  • Support both staff and the General Manager in daily operations
  • Provide outstanding customer service and handle concerns professionally and calmly
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing workstations
  • Oversee and manage inventory, including stock levels and product organization
  • Drive sales performance while fostering a supportive team environment
Requirements:
