SALES ACCOUNTABILITY
  • Be accountable for overall team performance, activity, behaviours and delivery against agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Principal to ensure the sales strategy, targets and priorities are translated into clear team actions and measurable delivery.
  • Lead regular sales meetings to review performance, priorities, pipeline, support needs and actions required to improve delivery.
