About Weed Man Triad
At Weed Man Triad, we’re dedicated to delivering expert fertilization and weed control services that help homeowners across the Triad region grow lush, green, weed-free lawns. As a locally owned and operated business, we take pride in our professionalism, personalized approach, and deep-rooted expertise in turf management.

Position: Sales Development Representative
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. If you have experience in lawn care or the green industry, strong communication skills across phone, email, and text, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll use a predictive dialer system to connect with current and previous customers—renewing services, resolving concerns, and upselling based on seasonal needs. Your goal? Build lasting relationships and showcase the value of a well-maintained lawn.

As a Sales Development Representative, your focus will be on strategic communication and customer retention. You’ll guide homeowners through their lawn care journey, offering solutions, expertise, and service recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls using a predictive dialer to engage with current and past customers

  • Communicate professionally across phone, email, and text platforms

  • Recommend renewals, upgrades, and seasonal treatments based on lawn history and customer needs

  • Use your turf knowledge to answer questions and offer informed advice

  • Retain customers by resolving issues and reinforcing service value

  • Log all interactions, updates, and follow-ups in our WEEMS CRM system

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Who You Are
  • 1+ year of outbound sales or customer service experience

  • Excellent communicator — clear, professional, and personable across all channels

  • Customer-first mindset with strong listening and problem-solving skills

  • Dependable, organized, and results-driven

  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM software, dialers, and messaging platforms

What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay + commission (OTE: $65K–$75K)

  • Career advancement opportunities within a growing local business

  • Health and dental benefits for eligible full-time employees

  • 401(k) program with up to 4% company match

  • Supportive, team-oriented culture

Got turf experience and a talent for communication?
Join Weed Man Triad and help homeowners grow great lawns — while growing a rewarding career for yourself.
