Role Summary

Looking to launch a high-growth career in the fast-paced world of Fintech? The Associate Account Executive role is designed specifically for ambitious individuals who want to learn how to build a sales pipeline from the ground up. Prior industry-specific experience isn't required-we provide direct coaching and intensive mentorship from seasoned leaders to help you master the fundamentals. If you are competitive, eager to learn, and love winning, this is your launchpad.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do & Learn)
  • Learn the Playbook: Participate in comprehensive training to master our fintech products, the home improvement industry, and the art of the sales cycle.
  • Hit the Road: Travel extensively throughout your assigned territory to meet contractors face-to-face, build trust, and represent Thrive at local industry events.
  • Build Your Portfolio: Lead outbound prospecting, cold-calling, and local networking to find and sign new contractor partners.
  • Own Your Relationships: Stay connected with the contractors you sign, helping them onboard and ensuring they successfully use our financing options to grow their business.
  • Track Your Progress: Learn to use modern CRM tools to manage your daily outreach, meetings, and sales goals with absolute discipline.
Qualifications (Who We Are Looking For)
  • Track Record of Drive: Demonstrated competitive spirit and leadership through athletics, community organizations, internships, the military, or prior full-time or part-time professional work experience.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and face-to-face presentation skills. You are charismatic and comfortable talking to business owners.
  • Mindset: Highly coachable, resilient, self-motivated, and excited by a high-activity, fast-paced environment

$55,000 - $65,000 a year
