Job description

NeuroCare Sales Specialist โ€” Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs), office staff, regional and cross-functional partners.
  • Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
  • Consult with physicians/nurses/medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
  • Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget.
  • Address market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute territory strategy.
  • Maintain required call average (face-to-face HCP interactions with top targets).
  • Adhere to compliant/ethical selling practices.
  • Achieve sales goals, objectives, and required administrative duties for the territory.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
  • Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
  • Preferred: complex healthcare account management; experience across Centers of Excellence/academic medical centers/integrated health systems.
  • Preferred: specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
  • Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, rare disease, specialty therapeutics/complex disease states.
  • Preferred: new product launch experience.
  • Skills: strong written/oral communication; leadership/interpersonal skills; interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
  • Background/motor/drug screening required; valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record required.

Travel: Regular travel, including possible air and weekend/overnight.

Role Levels: Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year); Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).

Comp & Benefits (highlights): Starting salary $88,000โ€“$160,000; eligible for sales incentive plan. Comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) with employer match (up to 6%) plus 3.75% defined contribution, paid time off, and company-paid life/disability; additional listed benefits.
