The Opportunity
At CAS we are a recognized market leader in weighing technology, known for precision and durability. Due to growing sales, increased brand recognition, and our deep commitment to deliver exceptional customer service to all our customers, we are currently expanding our team to prepare for a major 2026 rollout of product and service offerings that will revolutionize our client value proposition.
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales in our Central region. This is a strategic, "Channel-First" role where you will drive revenue through our established dealer network while acting as the primary closer for direct sales in open territories.
How You Will Sell
Your goal is to maximize territory revenue through a hybrid approach.:
  • The Channel Strategy (Primary): You will act as a force multiplier for our dealers. Your job is to empower them with quotes, training, and support to win business. You will qualify inbound leads and route them to the best-local partner.
  • The Direct Strategy (Secondary): You are the safety net. When an end-user opportunity arises in an area without dealer coverage, you will step in to manage and close the sale directly to ensure we never miss an opportunity.
  • The Product Mix: Your focus will be approximately 75% Retail Product Line (grocery, POS, and retail weighing) and 25% Industrial/Food Processing.
  • The Workflow: You will manage the full sales cycle using a hybrid approach. Most of your week will be spent prospecting and closing deals digitally, with approximately 10–15% travel required for key client demos, trade shows, or complex site assessments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Territory & Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the region’s performance. Use our CRM (Hubspot) and digital tools to track leads, managing the flow of business between our partners and direct accounts.
  • Dealer Enablement: Build strong relationships with resellers. Ensure they are trained on our products and motivated to sell our solutions—specifically our upcoming 2026 service packages—over the competition.
  • Consultative Closing: Whether supporting a dealer or closing a direct sale, you will use a consultative approach to match the right hardware and software to the client's needs.
Who We Are Looking For
  • A "Modern" Seller: This is a hybrid role. While 10–15% travel is required for trade shows and key dealer visits, you are effective at building relationships and closing deals using phone, email, and video from your home office.
  • High Integrity: You understand channel conflict. You know when to pass a sale to a partner to build long-term loyalty and when to take the reins yourself.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable pivoting between technical industrial specs and retail software integrations.
  • A Results Oriented Professional: You are a growth oriented professional with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while also collaboratively working with your CAS team members.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: Base Salary + Commission structure.
  • 401K with match
  • Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Plans after 90 days
  • PTO plus all major holidays
  • Brand Power: Sell a product that potential customers already recognize and trust.
  • Growth Potential: Get in on the ground floor of our new 2026 service rollout—a massive opportunity to increase your earnings.
  • Great Culture: A supportive, friendly team environment that values work-life balance and smart working habits.
