Job Description/Responsibilities
This Regional Sales Execution Manager role is built for a leader who drives results through people and execution-not just strategy. You'll lead a regional team and work closely with sales and distributor partners to ensure plans translate into strong in-market performance across our portfolio. This is a high-impact role where coaching, accountability, and execution discipline directly influence volume, share, and growth. You'll shape how we show up in market while building a strong bench of future sales leaders within the Pacific Northwest (WY, OR, IA, MT, ID, UT).
What You'll Do
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable to execution and results
• Translate strategy into in-market execution, ensuring strong visibility, distribution, and performance across accounts
• Drive performance through KPIs and execution standards, using data to coach, adjust, and improve results
• Build and leverage relationships across distributors and key stakeholders to strengthen execution and expand influence
• Align with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of priorities and speed to market
Qualifications/Requirements
Required
  • Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company
  • Strong customer service aptitude, ability to work with all levels of the organization from Field Level to Executive Management
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Management experience
  • Experience leading the development and execution of commercial strategies
  • Supervisory experience

Physical Requirements
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
