Position Overview:
The Marketing Events Manager will play a critical role in driving LendingOne's marketing success through the strategic planning and seamless execution of company events and conferences. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing professional to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative and results-driven individual who can think strategically, manage complex projects, and collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and executive teams. This role reports directly to our VP of Marketing.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for influencing stakeholders and creating compelling event messaging.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic event plans aligned with marketing and business goals, including industry conferences, webinars, and custom brand activations.
• Lead end-to-end event management, overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partnerships and marketing teams to tailor event experiences and support pipeline generation.
• Drive event promotion through integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
• Manage booth presence and brand experience, including creative direction, logistics, and attendee engagement strategies.
• Track and report on event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future programs.
