What You'll Do

Join Intel's Sales and Marketing Rotation Program, a two-year full-time rotational experience designed to build future sales, marketing and technical sales talent.

  • Complete three 8-month rotations across sales engineering, technical marketing, solution architecture, and related technical business roles.
  • Build knowledge of Intel products, technologies, business processes, marketing, sales channels, customers and industry ecosystems.
  • Develop technical solutions and influence customer adoption of Intel technologies.
  • Deliver quarterly objectives and key results while growing leadership, communication, and customer skills.

You will gain mentoring, cohort support, customized learning, skill-building opportunities, and exposure to sales and marketing group leaders.

Qualifications:

Must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience may be obtained through schoolwork, research, relevant work, internships, extracurricular activities, or leadership experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Robotics, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Expected degree before the August 2027 start date.
  • 6+ months of relevant industry experience or 6+ months of leadership experience.
  • 6+ months of experience with software programming, computer systems, networking, AI/ML, neural networks, deep learning, agent development, or cloud technology.
  • Experience in at least two preferred qualification areas.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global environment.
  • 1 year of strong leadership experience on teams, such as teaching assistant roles, national associations, clubs, athletics, or leadership programs.
  • 6+ months of sales experience through school, internship, or extracurricular activities.
  • Volunteer work demonstrating project-based activities and measurable outcomes.
  • Cloud, AI/ML, neural networks, deep learning, agent development, or related technical coursework and/or experience.
  • Master's Degree
