Role Summary
This role is responsible for driving transformational analytic capabilities, enabling robust business performance.
In this role you will support and enable the Marketing and Media Effectiveness (MME) roadmap. You will own major MME studies, coordinating between 3rd party data providers, Media agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless process. You will need to have a good understanding of Syndicated, Media and POS data to identify and troubleshoot data issues. You must also have some understanding of Advanced Analytics methodologies to translate Analytics reports into insights. You must have strong analytical ability, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and an attitude to stay abreast of advancements in Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • End to end Advanced Analytics project management, particularly Marketing Mix Models (MMM).
  • Coordinate with external 3rd party vendors and internal support teams to ensure the data inputs into the Analytic model are available and correct.
  • Pull input data for Analytics modeling from different data sources, as required, yourself
  • Build sound knowledge of Colgate-Palmolive's reporting systems and data sources and provide troubleshooting if necessary
  • Translate Advanced Analytics outputs into insights and implications to the business
  • Gain knowledge of our product categories and learn about new and emerging digital media data streams and Analytic methodologies

Required Qualifications
    3+ years supporting Analytics teams and enabling Marketing and Media Effectiveness (MME) roadmaps
    • Bachelor's degree required. Preferred specializations in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or any related field

Preferred Qualifications:
    Understanding of Point of sale data, major Syndicated data sources, Panel data and Media data
  • Comfortable working/pulling from multiple datasets and combining information in a visually appealing manner
  • Ability to manage Analytics projects from end to end
  • Ability to translate Analytics data to insights and implications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Ability to leverage data to build insights either through presentations or other visualization tools

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $96,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
