Job description

The Sales Director will drive company revenue by overseeing and developing strategic sales plans, leading the sales team, and managing key client relationships in a Business-to-Business market. They are responsible for setting quotas, forecasting sales, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve financial goals. The Sales Director will oversee and travel to each of four sales territories with a focus on driving revenue growth, implementing consistent strategies across sites, and mentoring FPC's local Sales Representatives.

This position offers flexibility for a candidate to work or reside in one of our four locations: Danville, Va, Roanoke, VA, Martinsville, VA or Rustburg, VA.
