About the Company

My Client is a leading manufacturer of Severe Service Choke and Control Valves serving the Oil & Gas industry across global markets. The company specializes in high-performance valve solutions designed for demanding upstream, midstream, and downstream applications.

Position Overview

My Client is seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to lead business development and sales activities across North and South America, with strong long-term growth potential into a Vice President - Worldwide Sales leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling choke valves, control valves, or severe service flow control solutions within the Oil & Gas sector and possess a strong understanding of valve applications, materials, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and business development activities throughout North and South America.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with EPCs, operators, distributors, and end users within the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across assigned territories.

  • Present and communicate technical product specifications and application solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to leadership.

  • Support strategic expansion initiatives with potential progression into a global sales leadership role.

  • Travel as required to support customers, industry events, and regional business development efforts.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience selling Choke Valves, Control Valves, or Severe Service Valve solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas applications and material selection for severe service environments.
