Join our Life Sciences and Healthcare team as the Sr Director of Medtech Sales, a highly visible leadership role where you will set the vision for growth and drive sales performance across the MedTech segment. As a senior leader, you will guide a high-performing sales organization dedicated to building deep customer relationships and accelerating new business opportunities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to strategically scale and optimize your team, implementing programs that maximize effectiveness and accountability. Your expertise across the life sciences ecosystem-from R&D to commercialization-will enable you to foster a culture of excellence, champion client success, and deliver ambitious goals supported by accurate forecasting.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience

  • 8+ years sales leadership experience leading an account team as a vendor to the life sciences industry

  • 5+ years of experience as a manager, with responsibility for developing talent and driving performance

What will you be doing in this role?
  • Define and execute a comprehensive segment sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.

  • Own Medtech Ustrategic accounts sales targets.

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and industry leaders.

  • Inspire and lead a large team of senior sales leaders

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • Represent Clarivate at industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
