Start your career with a company that’s been serving the food service industry for over 85 years. Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Sales Representative to join our Phoenix team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while managing your own customer route.


About the Role
After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.


What You’ll Get
• Average annual salary of $67,000-$70,000 for the trainee position, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including hourly pay of $26/hr, overtime, and on-call pay
• Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• On-call rotation: Roughly every 6 weeks
• Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing, 7 paid holidays, 50+ hours of sick leave, and 2 weeks of accrued vacation days annually
