As part of this growth, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our team based out of Regina. This is a career-focused opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, relationship-driven, and passionate about growing business within the industrial sector.

Job Summary
As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our industrial customer base and strengthening relationships across your assigned territory. You will work directly with contractors, maintenance teams, fabrication shops, and commercial businesses, identifying new opportunities and building long-term partnerships.

You will promote and sell a wide range of industrial parts, tools, shop supplies, and maintenance products that support day-to-day operations, equipment upkeep, and job site needs.

This role requires strong initiative, independence, and the ability to manage a territory while actively developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow sales of industrial parts, tools, and related products within your territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with industrial clients, contractors, and commercial operations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers
  • Conduct product presentations and provide recommendations on tools, parts, and maintenance solutions that meet customer needs
  • Support customers with ongoing operational and maintenance requirements across various industries
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and secure new accounts
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline development using CRM software
  • Attend industry events, customer meetings, and training sessions
  • Deliver parts, tools, and materials to customers, including on-site visits and service calls
  • Practice safe driving and maintain company vehicle cleanliness and compliance

Requirements

  • Valid Saskatchewan driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proven experience in sales or business development (experience in industrial parts, tools, or related products is an asset)
  • Understanding of industrial operations and the day-to-day needs of commercial customers
  • Knowledge of tools, parts, shop supplies, or maintenance products used in industrial settings is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
