About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone earlier in their career who has a foundation in marketing and is eager to grow into a sales and business development role. You'll receive hands-on training to learn the business, with plenty of opportunity to grow and earn through commissions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Human Resource managers to provide them with Outplacement Services and Direct Hire recruiting solutions.
  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and email marketing efforts, to drive engagement and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to learn the business development process from prospecting to closing.
  • Research markets, track industry trends, and provide insights to help shape sales strategies.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and promote its services to targeted audiences.
Qualifications
  • 1 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or email marketing (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
  • Strong interest in building a career in business development and sales.
