Bond Health Staffing is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing agency with a strong track record of placing qualified professionals in roles ranging from social workers, Mental health workers and RNs to case managers and clinical supervisors. We work with hospitals, healthcare facilities, nonprofits, government agencies, and specialty facilities across multiple states, including NY, TX, PA, and FL.
We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales & Business Development professional with a passion for healthcare and a drive to close. This is a commission-only role—ideal for someone with existing connections in the industry or a proven sales background looking for unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

·         • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare organizations, nonprofits, clinics, hospitals, and government agencies

·         • Pitch our staffing services (temp, temp-to-perm, and direct hire) to decision-makers

·         • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

·         • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts

·         • Support outreach and marketing efforts through email campaigns, networking, or industry events

Who You Are:

·         • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare staffing or healthcare services preferred)
