The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Sales , Events, and Marketing team through administrative excellence, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional attention to detail.
This position provides direct support to the Director of Sales , Marketing & Events, Associate Directors and Sales Managers while serving as a key liaison between internal departments and prospective clients. The Sales Coordinator will assist with lead qualification, lead assignment through varied channels, contract preparation, client follow-up, account administration, database management, sales and marketing projects, system audits, and day-to-day administrative functions that support revenue generation efforts.
Success in this role requires the ability to gather and organize critical information during initial client interactions, helping qualify leads and ensuring a seamless handoff to Sales Managers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing multiple priorities, mastering new technology and systems, and supporting a variety of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales initiatives and projects.
This is an entry-level hospitality sales position offering significant exposure to hotel sales , marketing, and events. It serves as an excellent gateway to career growth within Hyatt and the hospitality industry.
