Job Summary:


Overview


Here at Soleply, the Sales Associates are responsible for actively maintaining the sales floor and curating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Sales Associates will be working directly with their Store Manager in order to ensure a clean and presentable facility. You will be responsible for having an active working knowledge of the aftermarket sneaker and streetwear industries. You must possess the ability to communicate with knowledgeable customers about our products and utilize sales and interpersonal skills to encourage them to make a purchase. Sales Associates will also be responsible for operating the point of sale system and cash register in order to fully complete the sales process.


Key Responsibilities


  • Curate a positive and friendly experience for Soleply customers

  • Directly assist customers with industry questions or physical product in a quick and timely manner

  • Maintain and organize store displays and communicate with inventory managers about which products are in high and low demand

  • Responsible for hitting hourly, daily and weekly sales goals to help the company achieve its overall sales targets

  • The Sales Associate compensation follows minimum wage per state plus 1% commission.
