Position: Sales Associate Reports to: Retail Manager

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join the Silver Hills Bakery retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, promoting our high-quality plant-based baked goods, and assisting in the daily operations of our store.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, assisting with product selection, operating the cash register, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong passion for health, wellness, and plant-based products.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a positive attitude.
  • Basic math skills and cash handling experience preferred.
