Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Train and supervise team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and provide exceptional service
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
  • Upsell products to increase sales and meet sales targets
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed
  • Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
